Do you long for more?
Many of us go into parenthood with optimistic visions of a full and rich life for ourselves and our children. Overtime, these visions can become clouded by the daily challenges, disappointments and busyness of modern life.
Our lived experience can become a drudge of daily battles to "get in the car", a frenetic repetition of overstuffed calendars and overflowing days, a groundhog day of rushed mornings and zombified evenings.
This session is an invitation to step out for a moment and reclaim a vision for a life that is truely worth living for yourself and your children.
How to reclaim a life worth living
There is something magical about the new year - it heralds new possibilities and an energy of change.
In this two and a half hour, interactive workshop, Sally and Jorinde will create a gentle, inspiring space where you can reclaim your inner knowing, harness your highest vision for your life and explore how to start living this vision this year.
In this session we will:
- Explore your highest vision for your life, including the values you most want to life by.
- Look at the needs that are alive in yourself and your family.
- Explore some of the barriers to living the life you most want.
- Look at your capacity and how to live sustainable, fully energised life.
- Create a practical action plan for how to step into your vision, starting today.
Come join us to reclaim your vision
From Needs to Vision. From Vision to Reality.
Carve out a precious moment to listen to the small, quiet voice that knows the life you want for yourself and your children. Explore the needs that are alive in your family, and identify concrete steps to bring your vision into reality this year.

Together, we co-founded Peace Talks to support parents who are longing for more connection, ease, and authenticity in their relationships, especially in the often chaotic and tender world of family life.
Peace Talks was born out of our shared love for Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and our desire to share it as widely as possible as a way to bring about deep transformation in people, families and communities.
We have a vision of a peaceful, playful world in which people are empowered to speak truth with love, to change patterns and systems to better care for human need, and to care for one another with compassion.
Since discovering NVC (Nonviolent Communication), we’ve been especially drawn to the power of needs-based visioning, especially when combined with deep listening and reflection.
We love sharing the powerful tools that NVC has offered to support us as a parents and we feel incredibly privileged and grateful to have found meaning in sharing this work with others.
We look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you in this powerful, life-changing work.

"Sally and Jorinde have a special way about them. They have a magical ability to make you feel so comfortable that it enables you to break through the discomforts of sharing but this in turn creates such growth for deep reflection, growth and change within self, relationships and family life."
