Application: From Chaos to Connection
This programme is quite unique. We offer a lot of care to participants in our programme, and it is all offered on a Gift Economy (pay what you are willing and able) basis.
To make sure we are able to care for and nurture each person to make the changes they want to make in their lives, we welcome only a limited number of people into the programme at any given time.
We have a (very simple!) application process we ask you to complete before entering the programme, which allows you and us to decide (together) whether this programme will be a good fit for you and will best meet your needs at this moment in time.
Whether or not we end up working together, we would love to help you find the support you need! To apply for a place in the programme, please follow these three simple steps:

(We know...many of us never read ‘Terms & Conditions’; we are asking you to have a look at these to make sure we’re together and on the same page).

Fill in the application form below. We invite you to share a little about yourself. This helps us get to know you better and understand how we can best support you. We also ask you to confirm that you understand the different elements of the programme and are willing to engage fully, so we’re aligned as we begin.

We will review your application and will be in touch within the next few days. We will either guide you to a checkout page to complete your registration, or we will be in touch to have a chat. We may want to come up with a plan together to make sure you are able to complete the programme successfully. Our goal is to support you to make the changes you want in your life!
